Comedian Katt Williams has regained custody of his 8-year old daughter. The courts concluded that the girl's nanny told lies to get his daughter taken away from him, and she will now be returning home.
Crystal McGhee went to court in LA seeking custody of Katt's daughter, stating that she was the child's mother. When Katt failed to show up in court, she won a judgement by default. Later down the road, however, Katt filed legal documents claiming that McGhee is a former nanny with no parental rights. He also said that she hasn't worked for him for years.
No word as to why Crystal did what she did. Katt doesn't seem to be a model father, but this stuff seems crazy.
