Michael Jackson’s doctor said the star “was fine” as he lay dead, legal papers reveal.
An LA paramedic who tried to save the King of Pop from an overdose has told lawyers of Dr Conrad Murray’s startling medical opinion.
The Mirror has seen a transcript of Richard Senneff’s statement, which revealed the doctor stood in front of a lifeless [Jackson] in the singer’s bedroom and claimed: “He doesn’t have a problem. He is fine.
“He was [practicing] all night. I’m just treating him for dehydration.
Mr Senneff, first on the scene after a guard called 911 when Murray found his star patient out cold in June 2009, believed the doctor lied to him about what drugs he had given the pop legend.

The conclusion of this paramedic regarding whether Dr. Murray was telling a lie when the doctor expressed the opinion that Jackson was still viable but in a deep state of sleep is inadmissible evidence. However, the declaration by the doctor of his opinion of Jackson's medical condition may be admissible evidence if the Judge finds that it was spontaneous. and the paramedic could testify to it as being a spontaneous declaration, but not to his personal opinion of its truthfulness. That's why the defence attorneys are interested it introducing the statement only into evidence. I know this because I am one and a friend of Mr. Flanagan, who is a terrific trial lawyer by the way.
