It’s up in the air whether or not this was a targeted incident, but some believe it may have been. Last night, William Boyland Jr., a Democratic New York state assemblyman from Brooklyn, was driving down Sutter Ave.in Brownsville last night with his seven year-old son and somebody started shooting. Resulting in a bullet blasting out his back window.
Boyland and his son were left unhurt, but there is still a question of whether this was a random occurrence.
NYDN reports that the shooting occurred about a week after locals rallied against Boyland for driving past a prayer vigil for 13-year-old Kira Goddard after she was killed on July 30th. Apparently Boyland simply honked his car horn and waved at mourners, but never stopped to pay his respects.
For this lackluster display, someone may have wanted to teach him a lesson, but that is purely speculation as police confirm there’s currently no evidence that supports that theory.

I have witnessed the ease in which a particular group of people or nation of people are made to turn on each other. It doesn't take much psychological coaxing, given the state of mind of all unstable humanoids.
This incident may or may not be the beginnings of something bigger, but I wouldn't put it past those who have schemed and continue to scheme and decimate the lives of Africans "blacks" near and far.
