Yup that's right, Kanye and his manager Don C. are being charged with three misdemeanor counts of vandalism, grand theft, and battery stemming from the fight with the TMZ paps. Kanye's court date is April 14th, and if convicted he could spend up to two years in jail. Looks like T.I. may be getting some company in the pen.

Kanye Catches a Case
Yup that's right, Kanye and his manager Don C. are being charged with three misdemeanor counts of vandalism, grand theft, and battery stemming from the fight with the TMZ paps.
