*Shirley Sherrod, the U.S. Department of Agriculture employee who was forced out after a portion of a videotape was misleadingly used to show her making a racially insensitive remark, is going back to work for the USDA, according to Politico.com. However, Sherrod will not be getting her old job back. She will assist the department improve its awful civil rights record.
