It is time for American Black men to become role modles for our young American Black Boy's. There have been too many incidences where a boyfriend has mistreated children in the home ,father's have committed domestic violence,and abandoned their families. I know times are hard , but what will it take for us to make the changes necessary for us to maintain our identity? Lets take a look in the mirrior and change what we need to change to place our hands on our own destiny and change #1.
It is a beautiful thing that the world is still producing strong black males. The real issue is getting this information to our your boys: who I prefer to call "our men in the making'... and not to mention making it stick. Finding and making avenues to keep these 'men' connected to our youth. Their world is much more complicated then we think. Being individual is key. We understand their pain, however thier gain is much more important.
