Rapper Shyne arrived in Belize the other day after serving nine years in jail for his involvement in a shooting at a NYC night club. Shyne was welcomed to Belize by his mother, father ( Prime Minister of Belize), and other family members. Shyne was advised to not speak with the media, but he is still attempting to obtain a pardon so that he can return to the U.S.

Shyne Will be Deported to Belize
It's as though some people never catch a good break and rapper Shyne is one who can testify to that. After serving close to a decade for the state, it is now official that he will be deported back to Belize.
As a close friend of the rapper, Angie Martinez was able to brief fans on the situation and provide a rundown as to what the current situation is with Po, according to Miss Info.
Shyne's team is fighting to stay in the US where his mother and his grandmother live and where they raised him….but it seems like he's going to have to continue the fight from Belize. Shyne will be released from Immigration custody but will then be deported to Belize soon. He has Harvard Professor Charles Ogletree advocating on his behalf in concert with his legal team. They're still urging fans to reach out to Governor Patterson's office to petition for Shyne's pardon but deportation is eminent.

Shyne Claims Diddy Lied about Speaking with Him
by Michael Iceblue
Somebody's lying… Former Bad Boy Recording artist Shyne has denied speaking with his former boss Sean Combs. Diddy had claimed that he spoke with his Shyne several weeks ago and that it was blessing that he was finally coming home. He also claimed that “Shyne was in good spirits and couldn't wait to get home and heat the whole scene up.”
Well Shyne has stated other wise in a press release from his attorney Oscar Michelen. The statement read:
“My client wants to make it very clear that no such conversation between Mr. Combs and he ever occurred. I want it known that this supposed conversation is a figment of Sean Combs' imagination. He never spoke with me, he never visited me nor would I ever accept a phone call or visit from him. The only way I would do either of those things would be if he stepped up and did the right thing for the victims of the incident.”
Michelen, who speaks with Shyne on a constant basis also added:
“I was very surprised to hear Mr. Combs' claims about talking with my client since I speak to Shyne all the time and he never mentioned anything about it. Knowing how he feels about Mr. Combs, I know that it would have been very strange for Shyne to have spoken with him and not told anyone."

Diddy Speaks About Shyne
Legally Moses Michael Leviy, but known to the rap world as Shyne is coming closer and closer to being among the free world as his sentence is almost up and he will be able to walk again as a free man.
On December 27, 1999, a shooting at a Manhattan Club left the then 21-year-old rapper in quite a bind as he was forced to do the time and landed himself behind bars facing charges of attempted murder, assault and reckless endangerment.
As Diddy, then Daddy, was present some felt as though he left Shyne out on his ass when everything went down. There has been word reported that even the rapper feels that Puffy had some sort of responsibility to what had happened and seemed to harbor a grudge.
Calling into Hot 97, Sean “Diddy” Combs spoke on the rapper as he awaits the day that he will no longer be behind that 8X11 cell.
“It's a blessing that he's coming home. I spoke to him like a couple of weeks ago and he sounded like he was in good spirits. I know he can't wait to get home. I know he is definitely going to heat the whole scene up. He was definitely one of talented young artists that I had the pleasure to work with. I'm quite sure he's been using his time wisely and has some heat.”
