Weezy’s Opinion of the MTV’s “Hottest MCs” List

The infamous list that has the Hip-Hop world up in arms is being brought up again. MTV's top ten list of ‘Hottest MCs' sparked a national outcry when people took notice that a certain Detroit hip-hop artist was looked over. As previously reported, Jay-Z was honored as the #1 hottest MC in the game and gladly accepted his title. While penning a letter of thanks to MTV however he had a “Kanye” moment as he called it and asked the number one question ringing in people's ears, “What happened to Eminem?” The list did seem to be somewhat accurate minus the omission putting Ye as #4, Drake as #3, and the other Mr. Carter, Lil Wayne at #2.

The second best MC recently caught up with British radio show host, Tim Westwood while on the road. Following a performance where he injured his lip with a microphone, he sat down with the show host and chopped it up about his tattoos and eventually MTV's notorious list. When asked if he thought his ranking as #2 was a typo, he replied:

"Who was number 1? Jay-Z? No,that's cool…."

Rumor Alert: Lil’ Wayne Has Another Baby on the Way

 

I am hoping that this rumor turns out to be false, because we all know that Lil’ Wayne does not need anymore kids anytime soon, but the word on the street is that Weezy has once again knocked some chick up.  The baby mama in questions is named Ashley and looks to be of Asian decent just like his second baby mama Sarah.  SMH

Lauren London Finally has her Baby!!!

There must be something about the combination of Lil Wayne, announcements and awards shows.

The Cash Money rapper memorably revealed the birth of his second child during the 2008 BET Hip-Hop Awards, during a rambling acceptance speech. And now right before the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, it's been confirmed Weezy is officially a father for the third time.

A representative for Lauren London confirmed to MTV News on Sunday (September 13) that London gave birth on Wednesday, along with information in a statement released Saturday to HipHollywood.com.

"Lauren London and Dwayne Carter welcomed their healthy baby boy into the world on 09-09-09," the rep said in a released statement. "Everyone is happy and well."

Speculation that London was pregnant by Lil Wayne had swirled for months. The two had appeared courtside together at basketball games in the past, but neither publicly spoke about a relationship. In July of this year, London attended a party hosted by Diddy and Ashton Kutcher and photos from the event showed a very pregnant London for the first time.

Last month, Wayne confirmed the news when he appeared on Los Angeles radio station Power 106 and admitted the actress would be delivering his child. Wayne has two children from two previous relationships — a daughter with his former wife and a son with a college student. This is London's first child. A Los Angeles native, London's credits include the movies "ATL" and "I Love You, Beth Cooper" with Hayden Panettiere, along with appearances in videos by Snoop Dogg and Pharrell Williams.

As of press time the name of Wayne and London's son is not known.

Rumor Control: Lauren London Tweets Wayne is the Father

I figured it wouldn't take Lauren London too long to respond to the rumors of Lil' Wayne possibly not being her baby's daddy, but DAMN I didn't expect it to happen this fast. Lauren responded to the rumors a little more than a hour ago via Twitter, read what she Tweeted below.

I wish they would just let us enjoy this moment and stop putting negative and false energy out there.

Rumors are false! Why won't they just let us be. Wayne is indeed the father and there is no question. We are celebrating a life. Peace

Lil’ Wayne’s Baby Mama Drama

 

For months now there have been rumors swirling around that both Lauren London and Nivea were pregnant with rapper Lil’ Wayne’s children.  Nivea’s pregnancy by Lil’ Wayne was confirmed by her other baby’s daddy The Dream, and finally last month Lil’ Wayne stated that Lauren London was indeed pregnant by him, but this may not be true.  Rapper Push Montana is now claiming that there is a possibility that Lauren’s baby may be his and that she wants a DNA test.  UMM…something just doesn’t seem right about this situation, I hope Push isn’t just doing this to make himself known.

Rumor Alert: Lil’ Wayne is not the Father of Lauren London’s Baby

Lauren London is currently eight months pregnant and Lil’ Wayne is suppose to be the father of the baby, but according to a source (we all know what that means) some people seem to think other wise.  Supposedly Nivea who is also eight months pregnant by Lil’ Wayne thinks that it isn’t possible for him to be the father of Lauren’s baby because he was always booed up with her, and Lil’ Wayne’s ex-wife/baby mama Toya feels the same way.  Despite all of the doubters Lil’ Wayne refuses to test the paternity of the baby, but I am sure that will change once the baby gets here.

Drake Speaks about BET Awards Performance

In a recent interview with Complex Magazine Drake explained the reason behind him and Lil' Wayne's performance at the BET Awards in which pre-teen and teenage girls were dancing while they sung "I Wish I Could F*** Every Girl in the World".

Complex: There were rumors of a $4 million bonus…

Drake: [Laughs] Where is it? Tell me where it is, I’ll go pick it up right now. I got some money. I got a little money. I’ll be alright for a couple months.

Complex: Damn, that’s horrible. At the BET Awards this past Sunday, everyone was shocked to see you sitting on a stool. Did you ever think to yourself, Maybe I shouldn’t perform?


Drake: That, actually—to be honest—was a terrible idea that I’ll never do to myself again. [Laughs] But I was being pressed from different areas to perform, and I think what really happened at the BET Awards is with the passing of Mike, the climate really changed, as far as the award show goes. I don’t think it called for us to perform “Every Girl” and “Always Strapped,” and I think it was an award show filled with tributes and music and these genuine heartfelt speeches. And to sort of climax out of a very tongue-in-cheek point, and then people misconstruing Wayne’s daughters and her friends coming out on stage…

Complex: Yeah, it really was an awkward moment.


Drake: Yeah, it was just timed very poorly and it definitely wasn’t planned like that, but with that being said, it is what is. I believe in Wayne and myself and it’s nothing we can’t bounce back from. To anyone who was offended, my personal apologies, it wasn’t intended to offend anybody.

Complex: Watching it at home, the BET Awards seemed to be a mess. Did it seem that way in person?


Drake: Well, I can only speak for my portion of it. I had asked for something very specific for my performance and none of those were met, as far as production value, so…

Complex: That’s BET for you…

LoL at Complex Magazine clowning BET...Well at least Drake knows it was a bad idea I wonder what Wayne thinks, he probably doesn't see anything wrong with it.

When the Sh*t Hits the Fan It Really Stinks.....

Looks like Weezy is caught in the middle of a love triangle with his two new baby mommas Lauren London and Nivea! Read below for all the drama thanks to my good ole boy Freddy O out of ATL:

I was told yesterday Lauren London was at lost for words today after finding out that her baby daddy was expecting another child yesterday. Lauren who is almost 6 months pregnant didn’t know anything about Nivea pregnancy, and found out online and was outraged. Like every other star these days, she took to her Twitter page to express how she felt. But after speaking to a family friend left the topic alone.

She then decided to spend the day with her family and close friends. Lauren told her friends that she is worried if her career is over as a result of these issues. As we all know Lauren is on the pinnacle of Black Hollywood as the face of Sean John and reoccurring role in the remake of Beverly Hills 90210 on the CW. A reliable source stated that Wayne doesn’t want anything to do with Lauren.

Today Nivea called Ryan Cameron’s and confirmed that she is indeed pregnant with a boy. In fact, both of them are pregnant with Wayne’s sons. This is a really bad situation, considering that she is knocked up and the baby daddy is in love with someone else.

Lauren London can have any man in the world but she chooses to get with an engaged man… Is the recession effecting men too!!!! This makes Wayne about 4 babies up and 4 baby mamas down. I guess it is true about Wayne ” He can f*&^k any girl in this world”.

Sidenote… I really like Lauren London, she is such a sweet and caring person. I hate to see this happen to her. I hope this is an eye opener and she’ll come back from this stronger than ever. P.S. Lauren hit me on twitter

LiL Wayne is Going to be "Partying Like a Rockstar"...Literally

Seems that everyones favorite rapper may just become everyones favorite rocker. Canadian rapper Drake revealed that Lil' Wayne is set to release a rap album and he is featured on one of the songs. Drake compared Wayne's attempt at rocking to that of Kanye's attempt of singing on 808s and Heartbreaks, which will throw “individuals off”. I don't know if Kanye was the best comparison to use because judging by his SNL performance Wayne might just wanna stick with rapping.
