LIL WAYNE OFF TO JAIL IN 2010

NEW YORK – Lil Wayne heads to jail in February in his New York guncase, just days after his next album comes out.

The rap star's sentencing date is Feb. 9, set in a Manhattan state court Tuesday. The Grammy winner said nothing during his brief court appearance.

He pleaded guilty in October to attempted criminal possession of a weapon. The charge stemmed from a 2007 traffic stop of his tour bus. His plea deal calls for a year in jail.

Cash Money Records co-founder Birdman announced on his Twitteraccount last week that Lil Wayne's next album, "Rebirth," is due for release Feb. 1.

50 CENT THINK LIL WAYNE LYRICS ARE FAKE

  

Well we finally know a real answer (we think). 50 Cent's long-awaited upcoming "Before I Self Destruct" album will now reportedly hit stores in mid November. Almost an entire year after it's original release date, the G-Unit general's fourth studio album will hit the shelves on November 17th. 
 

In related news, a new song from the "Before I Self Destruct" album hit the radio yestereday in New York. Debuting on Funk Master Flex's radio show on Hot 97,

"Baby By Me" [listen here] also features a guest appearance from Ne-Yo. 

In related news, 50 Cent is currently on a promotional tour for his new "The 50th Law" book that recently hit stores. During a recent interview, 50 stirred it up by stating he thinks Lil Wayne grew up on TV so there is no way that his lyrics can be real. What do you think? lil wayne gets sued again!!!

Weezy is getting sued…again. This time an entertainment company is suing Wayne for missing a scheduled performance. In 2008 he was scheduled to perform in the Bahamas at a concert for Red City Entertainment. When he did not show up to the concert, authorities looked for him and found him passed out in the hotel room Red City paid for. The entertainment company also claims they gave Wayne $210,000 up front. They’re suing for $432,000 which includes the cost of the hotel room and expenses for the concert.

Wayne was also sued in 2008 for altering the Rolling Stones’ song “Playing With Fire” without permission. Abkco Music Incorporated owned the rights to the song and sued him and Universal Music Group on charges of copyright infringement and unfair competition. Abkco denounced the song saying his version was “explicit, sexist and used offensive language.” The suit is still pending for an unspecified amount of damages.

I would like to be the first to send my congratulation to her and her baby daddy soon to be husband Wayne. The two is said to be marrying in the next few months. Hmmmm I wonder about that. Wayne will also be having a child with the one and only Ms, Lauren London who is also pregnant by him . WOW…. I wonder what they said when they both found out about each other

WAYNE:I was 11 and the girl was 13. She had every board game you could imagine. I liked board games. Weezy Better Stick to Rapping

Looks like Weezy won't be "partying like a rock star" anytime soon. It is being reported that Weezy's rock album that was suppose to be released in April has been scrapped. This definitely comes as no surprise, because when the release date was set back I knew something was wrong. Oh well, maybe he will have better luck next time.

Take Dat Sh*t to Trial

Weezy looks a little down and out in the pic above, and he definitely has a good reason to be. I guess Weezy thought that his claim of being "the best rapper alive" was going to help in the court system too, but he was WRONG. Earlier today a Manhattan judge rejected Weezy's bid to throw out a gun charge against him. His trial has been set for April 12th, I just hope he doesn't end up like T.I.
