Kelly Speaks about Destiny’s Child Reunion

 

American R&B singer Kelly Rowland has scotched reports suggesting a reunion between her and her former Destiny’s Child band mates, Beyonce and Michelle Williams.

Rumors recently surfaced that the three, who had parted ways in 2005, were heading back into the recording studio to make a fifth studio because they were said to be contractually obliged to Sony Music subsidiary Columbia Records to deliver another project.

But Rowland insists that there is no such album or contract clause, and that there has been no talk of a reunion just yet.

"There is no Destiny’s Child album in the works. None of us have talked about an album or anything," Contactmusic quoted her as having told the NYPost.com’s PopWrap blog. 

"And until we do, no one else should worry about it. Simmer down now!" she added

Now I already told ya'll that Kelly was going to be starring in a new reality show, but here is a little more info about it. The show is called "The Fashion Show", and it will feature 15 designers who are competing to get their designs in stores (basically a "Project Runway" knock off) and Kelly will be one of the judges. The show will premiere on BRAVO May 7th so make sure ya'll check it out.

Is it Over for Kelly???

Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland has been dropped from Columbia records and this comes just two months after she dropped Papa Knowles as her manager. Columbia fears that she is "no longer commercially viable". Now that's some messed up ISH right there because Lyfe Jennings and Terrance Howard are both signed to Columbia and they aren't commercially viable either, so will they be getting dropped soon??? Anyways, this isn't the end of Kelly she has a new reality show coming out soon so look out for it.

UPDATE on Kelly Dropping Papa Knowles

So I informed you all yesterday about Kelly dropping Matthew Knowles as her manager, and just to let you know it is official because they both have released statements about the split. Check them out below:

I am happy to know that there aren't any hard feeling between the two, at least that's what they want us to think.

Kelly Drops Papa Knowles

For months there has been talk about Kelly Rowland dropping Matthew Knowles (a.k.a Beyonce's dad) as her manager, but it seems like it finally has happened. According to a close source Kelly fired Matthew after a big argument. It's also been rumored that Kelly is planning to replace Matthew with Simon Fuller who is behind Carrie Underwood, David Beckham, and several other celebs.

Well let me say it's about DAMN time, but I am pretty sure that with Fuller managing her she will finally get the attention she deserves. GOOD LUCK to her!!!
