The culmination of the blink-and-you’ll-miss-it pregnancy of Beyonce Knowles-Carter is upon us!
The global mega-star has been admitted into Labor and Delivery St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York, according to sources.
Beyonce’s entire family is reported to be in NYC awaiting the birth.
Queen Bey announced her pregnancy in true diva fashion, taking everyone by surprise at the MTV Music Awards in August. Since that time, speculation has swirled around her due date, and even if she’s really pregnant after a wardrobe malfunction on an Australian television show seemed to suggest otherwise. High profile talk-show host, Wendy Williams has even questioned the pregnancy on-air on her highly viewed Wendy Williams Show. Half the floor in the hospital’s Labor and Delivery unit has reportedly been booked by Beyonce and her entourage, but the hospital has not confirmed these claims.
On her Live at Roseland DVD Beyonce said: ‘Hello! It’s September 23rd … Right now I’m actually shooting the video for ‘Countdown’ and I’m six months pregnant, pretending that my stomach is flat in body suits.’
Even with this evidence, many are speculating on the swiftness of her pregnancy, with rumors swirling that she’s using a surrogate. Whatever the case, it looks like baby Bey-Z is about to enter the world at last. If Kelly Rowland is correct, and it is a girl, we’ll finally get to see if Jay sticks to his word and names her Brooklyn Carter.
