Rapper Julez Santana Arrested For Making Terrorist Threats

Juelz was also booked for disorderly conduct and got his car impounded.

Rapper Juelz Santana was arrested in New Jersey for allegedly making terroristic threats to police. The threats were made after Santana's car was pulled over and he refused to allow police officers to search his vehicle.

Law enforcement authorities would not specify what threats were made, but it's pretty safe to say that something smelled "fish scaley" for the rapper to have refused officers' request to search the vehicle. For the reader's edification, a terroristic threat is not necessarily to be confused with something Osama bin Laden would make, but is a crime generally involving a threat to commit violence communicated with the intent to terrorize another, to cause evacuation of a building, or to cause serious public inconvenience, in reckless disregard of the risk of causing such terror or inconvenience. And it may include an offense against property or involving endangering another person, such as harassment, stalking, ethnic intimidation, and criminal mischief.
Juelz was also booked for disorderly conduct and got his car impounded. He was released on bail to the tune of $46,500. Not exactly the wisest decision to back talk to cops in this Jersey jurisdiction. One hopes that Santana at least got some decent jibes in there for that kind of price tag.
This is not the first time that Santana has been in trouble with the law. In February 2011, he was booked after police found marijuana and weapons in his New Jersey recording studio. In August 2010, he was pulled over and arrested for driving without a license, and in August 2009, he was locked up for domestic violence charges. Certainly putting the "rap", in rap sheet, huh Juelz?
