26 Year Old Man Shot In Face Manages To Dial 911 Before He Dies

A 26-year-old man was shot in the face at 1:10 a.m. Saturday in West Philadelphia and managed to call police himself - before dying at the scene 13 minutes later.
Officers from the 12th District responding to a report of gunshots in the area located the victim in a parked car outside 4915 Springfield Ave.
The unidentified man was pronounced dead by medics at 1:23 a.m., according to Philadelphia Police Department spokeswoman Officer Tanya Little.
