According to sources 21-year-old singer Sean Kingston suffered a broken jaw, fractured wrist and water in his lung after crashing into a Miami bridge Sunday night. The sources, who asked to not be identified because they were not authorized to speak to the media, claim that Kingston’s injuries are expected to be healed in about six weeks. Up until now the only update of Kingston’s health was released yesterday when a publicist for Epic Records stated he was in “ critical but stable condition” in the intensive care unit of a Miami hospital.
