*Attorneys for LeBron James and his mom are asking a judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed against them by a man claiming to be his biological father.

TMZ reported that Leicester Bryce Stovell filed a $4 million lawsuit against the new Miami Heat star and his mother Gloria James, claiming fraud and defamation.
