Conservative commentator Glenn Beck is planning to hold a rally on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial on Aug. 28 — where exactly 47 years earlier, Dr. Martin Luther King delivered his “I Have a Dream Speech” during the March on Washington. …Coincidence?
Beck’s rally, titled “The Plan,” is apparently designed to drum up support for his 100 year plan “to restore our nation to the maximum freedoms we were supposed to have been protecting, using only the battlefield of ideas,” he told a group of Florida supporters last November.
