A lawyer for rapper Nas is denying recent reports that he was charged with DUI near his Atlanta home after cops accused him of being high on marijuana during a Sept. 10 traffic stop.
“Nas has not been charged with any offense whatsoever, including DUI,” said John C. Mayoue, who represents the New York native. “The state’s own lab results were negative for any drugs, including marijuana.”
