Weezy F. Baby is expected to make an appearance in a federal court room today for a DNA test. The DNA is not to test the paternity of one of his children however; instead it's in connection with the gun charges he received in New York. A DNA profiling technique will take place today in Manhattan as part of his trial for his 2007 arrest for felony gun-possession.
The profiling technique is used to identify people in criminal cases from miniscule amounts of DNA. According to prosecutors, the DNA collected will indefinitely tie Wayne to a gun found on his tour bus after a scheduled concert. Wayne has pleaded not guilty to the charge. If convicted, he could face 3 ½ years in jail
