Tyrese Gibson, BET personality Alisha Renee and Compton Fire Department firefighters kick off the premiere of new BET series "First In" by reaching out to high school students in Compton, where the show takes place.
The cable channel will host a three-high school assembly today (at Centennial High, Dominguez High and Compton High) to provide information about the series, as well as details about the Compton Fire Department Explorer Program – designed for young adults from 15 to 21 years old interested in learning about a career in fire service.
