For the first time in months songstress Jennifer Hudson was seen out, and she is looking pretty good.

Yesterday Jennifer's ex-brother-in-law William Balfour pleaded not guilty to the murder charges of her mom, brother, and nephew...FIGURES...but on a more positive note Jennifer will be singing the National Anthem @ the Superbowl Feb. 1 and she also will be performing at the Grammys Feb. 8. Make sure you watch.
