Check out Brandy's new promo shot that has surfaced! I hear she has a new single that will drop on 8/8/08..... Hmmmmm kind of weird right? No word as to any titles of the album or the single but one thing is for sure after four years Mrs. Norwood better come real hard!

Hmm, we'll have to see how this one goes. She only comes out w/ an album if she's in "love" or going thru a breakup.
She'll probably say the album shows her "growth".
