there is no law against the ignorant procreating...sadly, this is one of the byproducts...they are setting these children up for potential abuse and almost certain promiscuity...what has happened to the pride and mentality of black people? where did it go?
This is very very sad and apparently the adults there actually thought that this was funny. How awful. This whole act needs to be investigated by Child Protective Services.

SO WHEN SOMETHING HAPPENS TO ONE OF THE LITTLE GIRLS (GOD FORBID IF IT DOES)THEN THE PARENTS ARE GOING TO ACT A FOOL WHEN THEY ARE THE ONE PUTTING THE LITTLE ONES OUT THERE LIKE STRIPPERS. COME ON BLACK PEOPLE CAN'T WE MOVE ON WE ALL KNOW SOME OF US CAN REALLY DANCE CAN WE JUST FOCUS NOW ON BEING MORE THAT ATHLETES,RAPPERS,OR VIDEO DANCERS. LET'S MOVE ON!!!!!!!!!
